Weaning out Olivia-2
2nd day-- We red together in her bed( really hard to fit though--I am really big:-)).After reading I was ready to responde demand for MEME but
She said "No meme ?"
I said"no -you'll have it tomorrow morning"
She said"Since I am not having meme now,can I have cow's milk instead?" ( so cude:-))
I said" sure, but youare going to rinse your mouth -Ok?
She said" No problemKanga ,I will do that" ( Sometimes she calls meKanga ,and herself Roo :-))
3rd day---Since we were on a short vacation
she skipped naptime nursing and slept in her car seat instead.
We stayed in a out of the house abd slept together.
She didn't have dog and bay with us .
Asked for nursing worriedly and I couldn't say NO.She nursed very short compared to other times and said"I am done Mommy":-))
She was asking about dog more .I should have taken doggy with us !!!
4th day-- tonight
We came back home.Olivia and I took a bath together( It is alot of fun btw:-)).I am holding her and she is hugging me tight under running water.SHe is scrubbing my back,I am scrubbing her's:-))
She wanted to play "Pretending going to swimming pool" instead of reading.After the play
I said:" I am going to sing you "you are my sunshine"
She said " After you sing I'll have meme and sleep OKay?"
I said" You'll have meme tomorrow morming .when there is sunlight"
She started crying saids" No- no not tomorrow morninh .Now now right away"
I said" I understand that Olivia ,but you will have it only when there is sun .Evening is sleeping time ."
She said"Then can I have cow's milk from the fridge ?
I said" Sure"
She did -we rinsed her teeth. I sang her song and kissed her, cuddled her - pat her hair .
We said "Goodninght my fairy princes,sleep tight .Tomorrow we are going to practice together"
She whispered"That's a wonderful idea Mommy" ( this part is from her fairy princes tatiana book)
She slept.
By the way ,few days ago after I took her midning potty I tocked her back and kissed.She opened her eyes and said" Mommy could you say "tomorrow we are going to practice together "
:-))) I did...
.I mentioned that
